Farewell to Jeannie Mai on Character Fantasy

On Set of Character Fantasy--Curling Episode!

I can’t believe it. I just shot my last Character Fantasy episode this past weekend. I’ve done 130 episodes! I’m so blessed to have such great things going on right now that it’s best for me to move on, and it’s so hard because this was the first time in my television career life that I worked on a show built from the ground up. I can still remember even shooting the pilot that brought it to fruition! Haha.. I’m really considering posting it. Ahh the memories. I feel like I’m an expert in all of life’s random needs now, from becoming champion water skiier to creating an award winning Wasabi aioli burger. The most amazing part of this experience for me was all the incredible people I met and worked with thru the show. I truly made so many fantastic friends. When my awesome blossom producer asked me what was the best part of being the host to so many fantasies, I had this “Labyrinth”- like flashback. No, not David Bowie twirling crystal ballz in his hands, but the end of the movie, where all the characters from Sarah’s journey all show up smiling in her room. I totally had this pan of every single character’s smiling face when we bless em’ with the fun fantasy of their dreams. People look so perfect when they’re smiling with their childlike spirit.

Character Fantasy--becoming a Mariachi!!

Here’s my special goodbye from the best Character Fantasy crew ever that I’m going to miss. And of course check the site for all the memorable shows we’ve made.
