Prom may be over but these hair and makeup tips can be used at any occasion to glam up and rock out. That being said, picking your dress, hair, makeup and overall style for prom should not be taken lightly. And that’s why I helped Perez Hilton on his fashion website www.cocoperez.com give the 411 on this year’s prom trends for hair and makeup.

    Hi Jeannie,
    I have a question.
    I have a habit of putting together outfits with jewellery that’s not colourful. My grade 10 prom is coming up in 5 months (I live in Australia) and I was wondering if teaming coloured jewellery with a coloured outfit is a good idea.
