Dressing like the boys from Entourage

// August 30th, 2011 // 2 Comments » // Feel Good Fashion

I don’t know about you, but I’m a huge Entourage fan. I love the script, I love the boys, and I love the clothes. And it bums me out majorly that this is the last season.

I just couldn’t let this great show end without doing a little segment about the styles seen on it. So last week I went on E! News to show you how to dress your man (or yourself) like the boys from Entourage.

Watch the video here!

Tearin it up at the TCA’s

// August 13th, 2010 // 4 Comments » // Looking Good, Videos

Getting red carpet ready is always so much fun. I LOVE these opps to give talented makeup artists, hairstylists, and designers their time to shine and feel honored to be their muse for the night. Especially since I myself started out as a MUA (makeup artist), I know how special it is to give a star their signature look for the eve–it’s a modern day Cinderella moment. And I’m so blessed to have such wonderful artists around me to give me their magic wand wave for the night.

What is my PrayerBox- on Fox 11 News TONIGHT

// May 25th, 2010 // 23 Comments » // A-freakn-men!!, Pray It Forward

Wow oh wow. Before I get into the exciting news for the box, let me explain what it is.

For those of you who have followed my blog, you also know about my beloved Prayer Box I’ve placed at the steepest tip top of Runyon Canyon, a beautiful hillside hike here in Hollywood, California. I first had the vision for this box 2 years ago after an overwhelming sense of gratitude for each day that I’ve taken to hike to the top to pray and “reset” for the day ahead. I wondered if every other person who takes the time to hike these two tall mountains felt the same way after reaching the top… knowing that no matter how hard it feels, how badly you don’t feel like doing it, if you believe and put your best foot forward, you WILL.

Sensational Swimsuit Trends for 2010

// April 2nd, 2010 // 4 Comments » // $tyle $tealz!, Looking Good

My favorite thing about shooting segments for the Daily 10 is how freaking FUN those guys let me be. Overcast day, 2 hottie models, and LSpace suits to make a big splash?

Yes please.

Here are some pics from our shoot where I breakdown the best trends for 2010. My fave piece? Hellooo.. my monokini with FRINGE!!! U’ve GOT to check out their new 2010 collection. To die!! Omg, the sweet and saucy ruffles on bust AND booty for all you *tarts* out there? Thanks LSpace for the fab piece- now if I could just find a grocery store to wear it to.

I get to play “Popo” to Fashion on E!

// September 11th, 2009 // No Comments » // Looking Good, Mai News

Fashion Police Me on Rumer I usually shy away from being considered as any popo to anything. Maybe it’s because I’m tarnished with memories of cops being kill-joys to parties just when they’re getting good. But when E! invited me to be a guest “popo” for some time to dish deets on Celeb fashion, I thought it might be kinda fun since I love E!. Plus hellooo.. I’m a “guest” and all.

K, fine. I’m such a sucker.

Join in on my stylish statements for the next few weeks here , kickstarting with Rumer Willis.

$tyle Sneak Peak: 1 Look-3 Ways airing on Daily 10 on E!

// August 12th, 2009 // No Comments » // $tyle $tealz!, Looking Good

I’ve always been a natural frugal fashionista. I believe you have fashion when u spend on the name, but you have style when you spend on being creative. I was blessed to understand style by growing up with humble surroundings and having a mom who taught me how to think outta the boring box to stand out. How to swap buttons on an old shirt to make it fly again, how to make “spanx” before they were even invented with the extras of control top hose. Today everyone is strapped for cash, but that doesn’t mean u at ALL need to be strapped on style. Wow. I just said “strapped” and “on”.
